Customer Experience Manager
As a Customer Experience Manager, you would be asked to assist in office the teammates and all customers by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone and email, meeting with adjusters onsite, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Perform fundamental daily administrative tasks to assist all divisions of the company.
Coordinate crews, job scheduling, pristine communications with the adjusters/customers
Perform detailed and accurate data entry
Assist other departments in communications for all assigned projects in assigned locations
Position Requirements
High school diploma/GED (preferred)
Seeking 1-3 years of restoration experience with training available
Must be knowledgeable in Google docs/sheets
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
This is a role in a fast-paced office environment. Requires the ability to drive, lift, open filing cabinets, bending, sitting, or standing as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
