Accounts Receivable Specialist

A rare opportunity to join our 7-person office team just occurred. We are looking for a happy, energetic person to be our Accounts Receivable Specialist. This is a Full-time position working Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in our Santa Barbara office.

Duties of this position include:

1. Applying payments [Checks and ACH transfers] to our customer accounts in QuickBooks.

2. Reconciling account payments/invoices and resolving issues with customers to ensure their understanding of invoices and making proper payments in a timely manner.

Two years of accounts receivable experience and strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel are required.

Bilingual [English/Spanish] is a plus.
