The exact pay rate will vary depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to skills, experience, and location.Key Responsibilities:  One of our premier clients is seeking an IT Business Analyst with Summit experience. This contractor will manage several evolutions or project aimed at:Deploying new instrumentsImplementing and improving Profit and Loss, Hedge and market data processesImplementing and improving settlement, confirmation and clearing workflowsImplementing regulatory reporting and maintaining quality of the dataRemediating the quality of data Identify and collect irregularities in business operations procedures and propose changes and new methodologiesSupporting Fixed Income, Treasury and Credit activities as well as back-office stakeholders by addressing functional issues/questionsResponsible for centralizing the user requests; coordinate with New York and Paris Head Office Business Analysts and IT teams; liaises with support functions to ensure all impacts are properly identified.Provide close collaboration with the user representatives (traders, sales, and operations) to gather business requirements, including the identification of any potential issue or functional omissions; define and document the business requirements.Author detailed functional specifications for IT development teams.Development of user test cases and validate test results during user acceptance testing, training with Summit end-users.Coordinate the go live and ensure proper system behavior.Provide Project scoping and planning, progress reporting, identification and management of issues/risks and communications.Responsible for quick resolution of day-to-day issues on Summit (booking, pricing, market data, straight through processing, settlement, reporting, accounting…)Monitor the trade workflow and make sure statements and regulatory reporting are accurately produced.
