OverviewWe are hiring a Project Manager – Imaging Services who will manage all aspects of the project lifecyclefor a variety of projects including deployment / installation projects, software and firmware updates, field tests, and other key projects for nationwide retail customers. This position will be responsible for managing all aspects of projects, including resource allocation, task assignment and monitoring project deliverables for key stakeholders. The Project Manager – Imaging Services will be responsible for providing status reporting to senior management and ensuring proper communication with key stakeholders.FUJIFILM North America Corporation, a marketing subsidiary of FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation, consists of six operating divisions. The Imaging Division provides consumer and commercial photographic products and services, including silver halide consumables; inkjet consumables; digital printing equipment, along with service and support; personalized photo products fulfillment; film; one-time-use cameras; and the popular INSTAX® line of instant cameras, smartphone printers, instant film, and accessories. The Electronic Imaging Division markets its GFX System and X Series lines of mirrorless digital cameras, lenses, and accessories to provide a variety of content creation solutions for both still and moving imagery. The Optical Devices Division provides optical lenses for the broadcast, cinematography, closed circuit television, videography, and industrial markets, and also markets binoculars and other optical imaging solutions. The Graphic Communication Division utilizes its extensive industry knowledge to develop fully supported traditional and digital print solutions for industries including commercial print, wide format, and packaging with its comprehensive line of digital inkjet presses, production toner printers, and software. The Industrial Products Division delivers new products derived from Fujifilm technologies including data storage tape products, including OEM and FUJIFILM Ultrium LTO cartridges, desalination solutions, microfilters and gas separation membranes. The Non-Destructive Testing Division delivers radiography solutions to ensure high accuracy inspection of transportation infrastructure, and assets within aerospace, and oil and gas industries.External USResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain partnerships with key internal stakeholders, across all business areas responsible for hardware and software deployments to customers.Business Process Management:

Define, document, and manage the overall process for the installation cycles in collaboration with the Imaging sales department. The process will be business driven, over technically led:

Define the key process stages, milestones, handoff steps, and dependencies.

Document and manage a stakeholder register - Identifying key internal stakeholders responsible for successful software and product development and deployment.

Define the management escalation process, where there may be an impact to project deliverables.

Update and manage the evolution of the business process, to serve the business, optimizing process efficiency with available resources.

Project management:

Define, agree and publish a detailed plan with associated project documents and assets for all product rollouts; tailored to the scale of the deliverable across all stakeholder groups.

Define deliverables, dates, milestones, dependencies, risks and contingency plan.

Ensure sign-off and commitment to the plan by all stakeholder business groups.

Manage customer awareness and approvals, where required, via Product Management (Technical Marketing Manager), and Sales Team.

Ensure awareness of published plans and status updates across stakeholder groups, including the customer.

Track deliverables to ensure projects remain on track to published schedules.

Define and manage customer sign-off of deliverable plans.

Actively manage issues with stakeholders to maintain performance against the schedule.

Team Management

Will manage a team of 5+.

Manage software and reporting teams responsible for ongoing systems development.

Communication:

Manage internal communication ensuring “one voice" across all internal Fujifilm stakeholders,with a clearly defined communication strategy.

Coordinate effective external customer communication to agree and convey the project definition, (requirements, deliverables, timeline, deployment and any corrective actions), plan, and status updates.

Escalate issues with urgency to Fujifilm management where there may be a project impact; with action plans to ensure project delivery.

Customer integration:

Act as the individual “go to” contact for all paths of customer business integration management.

Required Skills/EducationEducation

Associate’s degree in a service related and/or technical discipline.

5+ years’ experience managing technical service projects.

Proficient with project management software tools a plus.

3+ years of management experience.

Experience in coordinating multiple teams to deliver and support products and services.

Exceptional organization, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

Proficient in creating project charter documents including statements of work, technical documentation, and operational procedures.

Detail oriented.

Excellent customer service skills.

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).

Desired Skills:

Bachelor’s degree.

Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work with cross functional teams.

Basic knowledge of finance and accounting and billing.

Salary and Benefits:

Up to $125,000 depending on experience
