About Us
We are a private pediatric therapy company specializing in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and teenagers with special needs. Our clinic offers a structured, supportive, and collaborative environment where clients can reach their full potential. We are looking for a passionate BCaBA to join our interdisciplinary team of professionals, including BCBAs, Occupational Therapists (OTs), and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs).
Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available
Full-Time Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 3:30 pm
Part-Time Hours: Mondays and Fridays, 8:30 am to 3:30 pm
Key Responsibilities
Work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement behavior intervention plans.
Conduct skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs for children with developmental disabilities.
Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure treatment fidelity.
Collect, graph, and analyze data to monitor client progress and make recommendations for modifications.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including OTs, SLPs, and parents.
Attend team meetings and provide feedback on client progress and goals.
Assist in the preparation of materials and programming for ABA therapy sessions.
Requirements
Certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA).
Bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Experience working with children with special needs (preferred).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of professionalism.
Basic knowledge of technology (PC, Mac, iPad, or other tablets). Training provided.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Must pass PA state and FBI background checks, as well as PA child abuse clearance.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, move, and engage with children for extended periods.
Capability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Frequent movement between sitting, standing, and kneeling positions.
Clear vision and hand-eye coordination to observe children and maintain safety.
Compensation
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
Compensation varies based on position type (full-time or part-time), educational background, and hands-on experience in pediatric ABA services.
