We are a private pediatric therapy company dedicated to supporting children with special needs. Our clinic provides a structured, compassionate, and engaging environment where children can thrive academically and developmentally. As an Occupational Therapy Aide, you will be an essential part of our team, supporting Occupational Therapists (OTs) in delivering individualized services to children aged 3 to 17.

Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available:

Full-Time Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 3:30 pm

Part-Time Hours: Mondays and Fridays, 8:30 am to 3:30 pm

Key Responsibilities:

Assist OTs in delivering 1:1 and group-based therapy sessions.

Help implement intervention plans designed to enhance communication, self-help, and motor skills.

Prepare and organize instructional materials and therapy equipment.

Maintain accurate records of student progress through data collection and clinical notes.

Support children during leisure activities targeting therapy goals.

Respond to behaviors according to individualized behavior plans.

Collaborate professionally with OTs, BCBAs, SLPs, teachers, and parents.

Maintain a safe and organized therapy environment.

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
