This position will be full-time and remote.What You'll Do

Design and develop responsive web applications that provide a seamless user experience across various devices and platforms

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, define project requirements, and deliver high-quality user interfaces

Implement UI designs using modern development frameworks such as Vue.js or React

Ensure that all web experiences conform to accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG)

Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve user interfaces

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our products remain cutting-edge and user-friendly

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to UI/UX to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction

What You'll NeedRequired:

5 to 10 years of experience in UX/UI development

Proven experience with UI development frameworks such as Vue.js or React

Strong understanding of responsive design principles and techniques

Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices (e.g., WCAG)

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment

Preferred:

A portfolio showcasing your previous UX/UI projects and demonstrating expertise in creating user-centric designs

Physical Demands

Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
