Bartender/Server

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bartender/Server to join our vibrant team in Moscow's newest and exciting bar and BBQ restaurant. This position will provide exceptional service and a memorable experience for all guests. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to multi-task a busy bar and restaurant efficiently.

Duties

- Professionally mixing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as responsible alcohol service.

- Handle cash register operations, including cash handling and processing transactions accurately.

- Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and effective communication among staff.

- Address customer inquiries or complaints promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.

- Ability to be on service floor and take accurate food orders and coordinate with kitchen staff for efficient food delivery.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in bartending is required; bar experience is a must.

- Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and proficiency with POS systems.

- Excellent time management skills to handle peak hours efficiently.

- Basic math skills for accurate cash register operation.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with guests effectively.

- A passion for serving guests is a plus!
