Financial Controller
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented accounts person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and assisting with financial reports using Quickbooks accounting system.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Weekly payroll for 20 employees
Process accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
Assist with month-end and year-end financial reports
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Assist with budgeting and forecasting as needed
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an accountant
Proficiency in Quickbooks software
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
