Key Responsibilities:
● General Maintenance: Perform a wide range of maintenance tasks, including plumbing,
electrical work, carpentry, HVAC, and drywall repair and painting.
● Routine Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify issues or
potential hazards.
● Work Order Management: Respond to work orders promptly, prioritizing tasks based on
urgency and importance.
● Contractor Coordination: Supervise and coordinate with external contractors for
specialized repairs or installations.
● Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using our
Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
● Fabrication Skills: Fabricate or modify parts as needed to complete repairs or
enhancements.
● Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe
working environment.

Qualifications:
● Experience: Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is required.
● Jack of All Trades: Proficiency in a wide range of maintenance tasks, including drywall
repair and painting.
● Mechanical Knowledge: Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to repair various
systems.
● Leadership: Capability to supervise and coordinate work with external contractors
effectively.
● Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly in
English.
● Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and
logic controllers.
● Fabrication Skills: Ability to use hand tools or machinery to fabricate or modify parts.
