Care Manager

The Good Shepherd Fund (GSF) is currently seeking a qualified applicant for the role of Care Manager.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work preferred, Associates Degree in: Nursing, Health Care, Social Work, case management, non-profit sector are also considered.

Experience Preference: Case management experience and an understanding of Developmental Disabilities a plus.

Position Overview

The Care Manager is the designee responsible for administering the program service policies of Good Shepherd Fund and both the Regional Director and Vice President of Clinical Operations Services (VPCS), out in the field. The Care Manager is responsible for a prescribed caseload and is expected to meet the standards outlined for every client on the caseload each month. The CM is expected to be the Regional Director and VPCO’s eyes and ears and shall emulate them in preference, style, and technique of service-delivery. Ultimately, decisions made by Care Manager’s in the field are a direct reflection of the Good Shepherd Fund. www.goodshepherdfund.org
