We are currently looking for customer service reps that are seeking a full time job.

We have a call center located in Hollywood that provides a 24/7 answering service for different service industries nationwide across the US.

Job Requirements:

- Must speak fluent english (bilingual is a +)

- Must be responsible and be able to arrive at work AND on time on a consistent basis.

- Must have great attention to detail.

- Must have a professional and polite personality

- Computer proficient

- Moderate to excellent typing skills

- Have a strong customer service background (in person or on the phone)

- Must be able to consistently work well with others and in groups. (Team player)

WE HAVE 3 SHIFTS: (Being flexible is a +) Office Hours 24/7

- Morning- 7am to 3pm

- Evenings- 3pm to 11pm

- Overnight- 11pm to 7am

30 minute lunch breaks are paid

Day to Day Operations Include:

- Answering calls to attend to new customers

- Answering calls to attend to existing customers

- Communication with technicians to ensure jobs are being handled correctly.

- Relaying messages both verbally and typed to technicians and customers.
