Lead Product Operations engagement in product initiatives to identify operational readiness scope, coordinate execution and achieve expected outcomes
Establish and lead executive and organizational communication routines to ensure strategic alignment and awareness
Represent Product Operations during initiative intake and reviews to determine needed support
Collaborate and consult with operational leaders, training/procedure delivery partners and capacity planning representatives to ensure business readiness for change
Coordinate legal, risk, compliance, control and quality assurance engagements to ensure effective risk management and control monitoring
Partner with FCM Product, Detection Operations, Detection Analytics and Prevention to deliver business value through execution of strategically significant initiatives
Lead business readiness support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills and basic knowledge of organizational strategy
Work independently to make recommendations for process improvements within Product and supported operational areas
Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
Influence, guide and lead less experienced Product Operations staff within the group
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
5+ years of fraud or claims management, risk management, or related experience
3+ years of project management experience - experience handling several projects simultaneously and prioritizing time effectively
Experience supporting technology projects and initiatives with high risk and complexity
Experience with Agile practices and tools such as Confluence and Jira
2+ years of process design or process improvement experience
Experience developing relationships, partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas
Facilitation skills, including ability to facilitate and to influence decision-making and negotiating agreements amongst diverse, differing, and/or conflicting perspectives/priorities
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to a broad audience, including enterprise partners at all levels within the organization
Problem solving and analytical skills with proven ability to turn findings into executable plans
Strong presentation and PowerPoint skills with the ability to present results of analyses and recommendations to senior leaders
MS Office experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
