Data Analyst Project Manager

The Project Manager/Data Analyst will be responsible for managing and executing data-driven projects that enhance business processes, drive efficiencies, and support strategic decision-making. This role combines project management with data analysis to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable outcomes that align with business objectives.Lead and manage multiple data-centric projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business goals.Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process improvements.Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, milestones, and resource allocation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of data insights into business processes.Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all projects.Prepare and present reports and dashboards to senior leadership, providing actionable insights and recommendations.Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that potential issues are addressed proactively.Foster a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging data to optimize business operations.Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating business needs into technical requirements.Job duties to include but are not limited to:Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to support project objectives.Coordinate with IT and data management teams to ensure the availability of necessary data resources.Track project progress, adjust plans as necessary, and communicate updates to stakeholders.Conduct post-project evaluations to assess success and identify areas for improvement.Develop user documentation, training materials, and support for end-users.
