Maintenance Supervisor

THE ROLELEAD PEOPLE: Lead, Manage, and hold Accountable (LMA) your direct reports. Hire, train, and supervise maintenance department employees. Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work.SAFETY | MAINTENANCE: Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance. Troubleshoot and repair machinery to ensure it works properly and is safe for employees. Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations. Ensure operational efficiency of electrical equipment and mechanical systems through timely inspection and repair. Negotiate contracts with outside vendors for the execution of maintenance work. Ensure that company premises and facilities are in clean and hygienic condition.INVENTORY | BUDGETING: Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance. Monitor inventory of materials and equipment. Participate in coordinating projects (e.g., renovations).
