Revitalize Ketamine Clinic, with locations in Flagstaff, Sedona, and Prescott Valley, is seeking a highly motivated and versatile Medical Assistant to join our team at our PV location. We specialize in innovative mental health and wellness treatments, including ketamine infusions, rTMS, and Spravato, and are passionate about empowering individuals to revitalize their lives. We believe in treating the problems that are causing the symptoms. This is a multidimensional role that combines clinical, administrative, and receptionist duties, perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities include performing vital sign checks, administering intramuscular (IM) injections, assisting providers during treatments, maintaining treatment rooms, managing patient schedules, answering phone calls, processing insurance verifications, and providing a warm and welcoming experience for all clients. The ideal candidate will have Medical Assistant certification (preferred), current CPR/BLS certification, and experience with EMR systems, along with excellent communication and organizational skills. Familiarity with mental health treatments, ketamine therapy, or similar modalities is a plus.
