Install Coordinator - INSTA024304
Overhead Door Company of Atlanta, a DH Pace Company, aspires to hire an Install Coordinator, for our Peachtree Corners location, who will support our sales, service and operations teams by providing excellent customer service to our commercial customer base.Job Responsibilities:
You will have the opportunity to directly impact revenue and customer service by ensuring timely follow up, quote creation, quote follow up and proper application of product to best serve the customers' needs.
Plan and Purchase projects timely, below budget, and in adherence with the companys labor and purchasing standards.
Perform effective estimate reviews and product selections to develop a plan and purchase material to properly execute that plan; including but not limited to generating accurate product order forms, adding lines to sales orders, updating R revised estimates in
Establish project work plan and provide technical advice/troubleshooting.
Develop or possess advanced level skills using DH Pace estimating processes and procedures and utilizing DH Pace estimating software as well as other business software programs. (Excel, BAAN, SAM, Bluebeam, OHDirect, ShowPad, etc)
Develop or possess advanced level knowledge of dock, door and industry related products, functionality, special features, applications as well as pricing implications based on specific job needs; develop team to the same standard
Understand and ensure consistent utilization of Labor Standards when estimating or revising estimates
Promote and maintain a positive attitude toward outside contractors, customers and individuals within the Company
Manage time effectively while sustaining individual workloads.

Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelors degree (preferred)
Construction, estimating or operational background highly preferred
