RECEPTIONIST for NAIL SALON

Want someone to join our quirky nail salon team to do the following:

- Answer all incoming inquiries from phone or online

- Book services appropriately

- Confirm appointments the day before and 1 hour prior (when applicable)

- Process payments

- Reconcile daily sales

- Perform miscellaneous salon errands (when urgently needed), like buy bottled water, soap, lotion, or coffee down the street :-)

- Help keep the salon clean (sweeping, wiping, laundry, etc.)

- Ensure all electronic equipment are charged

- Ensure the salon is always following the State regulations

- Etc.

MUST HAVES:

- Team-work mentality

- Lots of patience

- Understanding

- Approachable

- Friendly

- High School diploma or equivalent

- Know basic computer and phone skills

- Valid driver's license

- Must be able to work a minimum 2weekday days, and 1 weekend day

PREFER BUT NOT REQUIRED:

- Apprenticeship-ready

- Social media savvy

COMPENSATION:

- $16 - $17 per hour

- Free employee mani & pedis
