Direct day-to-day activity of all build and operations of the KDN Advisory OpCo and associated Advisory GDC's, as part of the Global Collective Strategy portfolio of investments, including delivering on business objectives in each fiscal year in scope and on budget
Execute the KDN for Advisory Strategy and lead the KDN Advisory OpCo Operating Committee and Executive Committee including managing stakeholder members, setting agendas, and ensuring appropriate follow-up
Proactively work with the KDN Advisory Regional Operations Leaders and Sponsors (Americas, Asia Pacific and EMEA) to maintain alignment of key KDN Advisory activities, including ongoing improvements to core KDN Advisory processes; oversee the design and launch of KDN Advisory operationalization activities (scoping, reporting, budgeting), working together with other KPMG MF and KPMG International enabling teams
Maintain alignment with key global stakeholder groups and other related KDN Global Delivery Center (GDC) investment programs; execute on service delivery priorities of in scope solutions ('Powered Enterprise' currently, 'Connected Enterprise' and others in future); maintaining transparency to global solution sponsors and extended business leadership (Global Advisory, Global Investment Committee and the Global Executive Team)
Create connectivity between teams and supports development of future state of the Advisory organization, staffing, work balancing of team; manages the portfolio budget of 16million and leads the annual investment process with relevant stakeholders and teams
Facilitates development of yearly strategic priorities working with KDN Advisory and Global Consulting Leadership and work closely with stakeholders to track and monitor KPI return on investments and value realization, while partnering with delivery center leads to manage utilization and mitigate losses
Qualifications:
Minimum ten years of recent experience in managing global teams and multiple stakeholder groups; deep understanding of KPMG's strategic priorities and ability to execute and grow a business like KDN Advisory over the next few years; previous experience working with large scale, mixed-use projects are desirable
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in functional area or related experience; preferred MBA or recognized certification(s) in a relevant business function (HR, Finance, Marketing)
Dense track record of technology teams; cross-technology experience may be an asset
Solid experience in a Professional Services firm implementing solutions that drive organizational or functional transformation, which is enabled by technology accelerators, proven experience operating at the level of C-suite
Sound understanding and experience with organizational and functional transformation programs (methods and approaches) at the strategic level, along with exemplary written and oral communication skills including executive management exposure / experience
Experienced in operating and excelling in a virtual environment, through building and maintaining relationships both in-person and through virtual methods; willing to travel internationally for various meetings and workshops
