Inspired people, amazing designs, and projects with purpose.Job DescriptionAs a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee large, complex projects, ensuring they are planned, executed, monitored, controlled, and closed successfully. You will act as the Owner’s representative, coordinating with stakeholders and third-party consultants to manage design and construction phases. Your responsibilities include tracking design packages, resolving issues, supporting contract negotiations, reviewing cost estimates, conducting constructability reviews, processing invoices, and managing change orders and disputes. You will also assist in scheduling and coordinating third-party contractors and consultants for data center projects.QualificationsYou are passionate about:

Strong communication skills

Ability to contribute and work well on a team

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, sciences, landscape architecture, construction management or business

15 years of experience in the construction industry

10 years of experience in leadership or management

Ability to plan, execute, monitor, control, and close a project
