Looking to hire a client services/receptionist/owner assistant for a high-end, private personal training facility. You'll need to be people-friendly, and able to handle clients of all different types. The main responsibilities are scheduling, writing and sending emails, keeping clients happy and engaged. You should have a total command of Microsoft 365, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint and know how to use a Mac. Knowledge of HubSpot CRM software is a HUGE plus.
