Yard Jockey/Forklift Operator

We are seeking a dedicated Yard Driver to join our team. The Yard Driver will be responsible for safely operating yard trucks and moving trailers within the facility.Responsibilities

Drive and maneuver yard trucks to transport trailers within the facility

Load and unload trailers as needed

Inspect trailers for damage and report any issues to the supervisor

Follow safety procedures and protocols at all times

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the yard area

Qualifications

Experience driving vehicles with manual transmission

Familiarity with flatbed, tractor-trailer, and refrigerated trailer operations

Ability to load and unload trailers safely and efficiently

Knowledge of route driving and delivery driver responsibilities

Basic understanding of automotive repair is a plus

Commercial driving experience is preferred
