Director of Live Sales - Updated Contemporary Women's Apparel Line
We are seeking a Director for Live Sales for multi-store Ecommerce Women's Clothing Brand.
Director of live sales will have full access to the newest/latest technology Platforms with the
latest software in full CRM/ERP/Omnichannel to execute his/or/her future in sales all tied in
to the newest developed hardware for rapid speed conversions currently just completed.
Our brand has been in market for 28 years in wholesale selling to the largest retailer within the US.
This launch is our first D2C launch expanding our business into a Global sales market.
We have built a "Full Vertical/Horizontal Sales Strategy" for live sales in which gives you
unlimited income even while you the director sleeps from our full Ecommerce solutions embedded
in our software. This position is fully executed within our office/showroom you as go live into
multiple different platforms to sell our multiple brands of clothing.
Director of live sales will develop in the next 12-24 months (24-48) associates within the US
duplicating our sales model for a national team to go in live sales. All associates are fully
commissionable to the director of sales as you will hire/relieve all positions as necessary.

3]>Highly sales/driven to increase live sales ROI weekly/monthly by developing new strategies for sales.
4]>Building your online community for buyers developing newer/newer strategies for all social media channels
5]>Driven for success daily/weekly/monthly by developing strategies to increase sales conversions online
6]>Selling all current/future income inventory to our facility or distribution hubs
Inventory/Access: Please note, you will have over 2Million dollars of inventory to start your
position to sell live and which will increase to 5Million dollars of inventory in 24 months
moving forward giving you/your team uncapped revenue for your position.
Director of Live Sales Requirements:
1]>Sales Experience: you should know how to direct an audience to buy online with previous
sales experience or have retail sales experience in brick/mortar operations.
2]>"Natural/Gifted" in sales, has the ability to sell anything to anyone with confidence.
3]>Self-motivated, organized, discipline to succeed at any cost
4]>Social media/Social commerce personal account with "X" followers, Facebook/IG/Pinterest,
know the post setting/sales features within these 3 Apps, knowledge of Facebook library are massive plus.
5]>Technology Savvy - in software or willing to learn/adapt to the newest software developed by
our team.
6]>Long/Term: Mindset for success/growth as this position is the "center" for growth.
7]>Team leader with experience how to manage multiples under your direction.
8]>Marketing leadership in Retail Space
9]>Social/Ecommerce Savvy - Understanding fashion trends and Social Media Output trends

Compensation:100-250K, please note/understand, this is a expected income level which is directly
tied to your followers on all social commerce platforms but, not a criteria to produce this income
level as we have our own sales strategy for live sales to produce the same income.
