Work directly with business leaders to deliver actionable supply chain insights for top organizations.
Help address priority enterprise-wide issues with strategies that can be executed with speed and at scale.
You will spot, define, and solve Supply Chain problems using your skills in one or more of the following:
Operating model architecture – people, process, and technology.
Business analytics – network optimization, business case modeling.
Supply Chain processes – planning/scheduling, routing optimization, capital projects.
Give clients insights that help make their operations work better, faster, and more efficiently.
Challenge legacy ways of working using constructive techniques that fuel client growth.
Leverage tech to find new ways to make client organizations more effective and efficient.
Manage small to medium-sized teams with diverse backgrounds, skills, and knowledge.
Effectively mentor and coach others, collaborating with internal and external parties.
Support client sales origination, business development, and external thought leadership.
Drive a positive impact in the communities where we work and live with volunteerism initiatives.
T ravel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Here’s what you need:
Minimum of 5 years of experience working on relevant Supply Chain transformation initiatives.
Minimum of 5 years of experience at a consulting firm or 7 years of internal consulting experience or equivalent role in non-consulting companies.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience
Bonus points if:
You have a deep specialization in strategies for one or more of the following: procurement or third-party / vendor cost takeout initiatives; supply chain forecasting, planning and inventory optimization; manufacturing production in either continuous or discrete manufacturing environments
You excel in building and developing relationships, overseeing complex programs, and demonstrating team leadership
You’ve earned an MBA or equivalent graduate degree.
You have a functional-level understanding of technology solutions such as Oracle and SAP.
Lean or Six Sigma qualifications.
You can use the latest data analytics tools to spot opportunities for improvements with prior experience in visualization tools (i.e., Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx) and analytics tools (i.e., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
