Painter Needed - F/T or P/T

A Property Management firm is looking for a qualified individual for interior and exterior painting of multifamily (apartments) and single-family homes.

General Requirements:

1.- At least 5 years' experience.

2.- his/her own tools.

3.- personal (not shared) transportation.

4.- ability to communicate in English language.

5.- High school or GED diploma.
