Hotel Accounting Manager

Qualifications and characteristics being sought:

Hotel Management company based in north Scottsdale

5 years work experience in Hotel related environment desired

Excellent Accounting knowledge

Accuracy in review and reconciliation

Variance analysis skills

Effective communication skills including ability to explain operational trends and variances to upper management

Organized in defining and execution of one's own and staff responsibilities

Supervisory skills to explain work needs and to direct staff focus towards tasks at hand

Dependability to show up at work for the scheduled work days

Absence of last minute call in to miss work
