Industrial Painter

Join a family-owned and operated business dedicated to excellence in fabrication, linings, and coatings. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Industrial Painter/Sand Blaster to contribute to our operations at our Gilbert location.

Location: Gilbert, AZ

Shift: Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM

Pay: $22+/hour

Key Responsibilities:

Painting Industrial Pipes: Apply paint to industrial pipes and various surfaces, ensuring a high-quality finish.

Surface Preparation: Clean surfaces thoroughly before applying paint, ensuring optimal adhesion and durability.

Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and operate technical painting equipment, ensuring it remains in excellent working condition.

Tool Proficiency: Utilize a wide array of painting tools, including thin and thick brushes, airbrushes, and rollers.

Chemical Waste Disposal: Safely dispose of chemical waste in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Safety Standards: Adhere to high safety standards, including the use of special safety equipment such as painting goggles.

Physical Strength: Possess the physical strength to operate machinery and lift heavy items.

Forklift Operation: Operate a forklift as needed; forklift certification is a plus.

Qualifications:

Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in painting a variety of surface types and proficiency with technical machinery.

Safety Compliance: Knowledge of safety procedures and the ability to follow them rigorously.

Forklift Certification: Forklift experience is required; certification is a plus.

Physical Requirements: Must be capable of heavy lifting and be equipped with steel-toed boots.
