Full Time job opening

Currently looking for a reliable person with minimum of 5 years of experience in residential remodeling.

Responsibilities:

Perform electrical work for remodels

Perform plumbing work for bathrooms and kitchen remodels.

Tile work in bathroom and kitchen remodels

Carpentry, installing doors, crawn molding and windows.

Perform touch-up painting and full paint of interior and exteriors/common areas (when necessary).

masonry, fencing, when required.

Paint and fill gaps or crevices (on walls, sidewalks, etc.)

Undertake exterior and interior remodel.

Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks.

Ability to work independently.

Requirements:

-Bilingual

-Must be reliable, good attitude, trustworthy, experienced and hard-working.

-We will not consider anyone who does not have at least 5 years of experience.

-Must have a reliable vehicle and basic tools

-Must have driver license with good driving record and proof of auto insurance

-Must have background check (finger print)

-Must have experience
