Build, orchestrate and export the vision, story, and value of the DoorDash brand (and all sub-brands).
Work hand in hand with internal and external creative teams alike to inspire and champion remarkable work that will permeate culture and drive audience impact.
Collaborate across the entirety of our company to align our marketing, our business, our product, and our experience to reinforce the equity we intend to build with our audiences.
Be a primary advocate for our three audiences - Consumers, Dashers and Merchants - ensuring that marketing strategies are designed with them in mind.
Own, report on and optimize against Brand Health Goals.
Build Audience Brand Architectures, narratives and naming conventions to be applied across a range of existing and emerging initiatives.
Partner with Social and Content teams to put DoorDash at the heart of cultural convos in real time.

8+ years of relevant strategy experience brand side or within creative agencies.
The ability to translate complex problems into simple, focused narratives that can travel across an organization.
A track record of partnering with creative teams to inspire and develop truly remarkable ideas.
Proven success crafting best in class brand positioning, architectures and messaging frameworks.
A desire to collaborate with Marketing teams and Product teams alike.
A deep passion for research, and a fluency in brand health measurement. Experience designing qualitative and quantitative studies is a plus.
Compensation The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants.
