Pre-Suit Legal Assistant - Case Manager

Plaintiff's Personal Injury Law Firm seeks experienced Legal Assistants and Pre-Suit Case Managers.

Successful candidates will be responsible for the following tasks:

1. Tracking and documenting client's medical treatment;

2. Making first reports of claims to insurance companies;

3. Assist client's with Property Damage claims;

4. Obtain documents from clients and insurance companies to move personal injury cases forward;

5. Request Records from Hospitals and other Medical Providers;

6. Scan and File Documents into electronic file.

Regular Business Hours 9-5, however you may select to work the Evening/Weekend shift. Your choice.
