Experienced Barista

Join our Essex County café as a Cashier/Barista! We’re looking for someone with experience, a passion for crafting exceptional beverages, and a dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

+ Consistently demonstrate reliability and integrity with a strong attendance record.

+ Prepare and serve top-quality coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.

+ Skillfully operate coffee-making equipment with precision.

+ Deliver friendly, efficient, and professional customer service.

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace.

+ Support inventory management and restocking as needed.

Qualifications:

+ Proven experience as a barista or in a similar role.

+ Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

+ Genuine passion for coffee and exceptional customer experiences.

+ Set up (during shift open), Clean up (during shift closing)
