JANITORIAL MANAGER

Our company is looking for a Janitorial Manager to supervise our cleaning staff. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of cleanliness. You will handle weekly and daily employee schedules, oversee daily tasks to ensure they are completed well and on time, and manage our inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies. Our ideal applicant has several years of janitorial experience, including some supervisory roles. All applicants must be able to pass a background check and drug test. Must be willing to travel to neighboring cities in the area. Starting pay is $15 but if qualified enough $18, AT LEAST 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Janitorial Manager Duties and Responsibilities

Complete the weekly schedule for cleaning staff

Interview and train new staff

Keep track of inventory needs

Maintain quality standards

Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Janitorial Manager Requirements and Qualifications

Janitorial or housekeeping experience strongly required

Human resources or management experience is a plus

Ability to perform physical tasks as needed

Organizational and leadership skills

Basic computer proficiency
