AP/AR & Payroll
We are a Commerical Concrete Construction Company seeking for a highly motivated responsible individual to become part of our growing team, must be reliable and organized. Office experience is a must. Office assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Our ideal candidate should have written, and communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment.
· Bilingual is a must Spanish/ English
- Experience with Excel and Outlook a must.
- Experience with Quickbooks Software
· Answer phone calls and emails
· Must be able to multitask
· Friendly and outgoing personality
· Filing, faxing and operating other office standard office equipment
· Light cleaning, and organizing
· Greets and directs visitors to the company
Background in construction industry is a plus but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From $18.00-$27.00 an hour (depends on experience)
Schedule:
Monday to Friday - 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM
Must be fluent Spanish / English
Work Location: In person
