Join Our Team as a Heavy Equipment Operator!

MSI’s Trucking & Sitework division is looking for a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to help us tackle exciting projects safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do:

Operate a variety of heavy equipment, including excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and skid steers.

Perform site layouts and shoot grades.

Conduct routine equipment inspections and report issues promptly.

Maintain logs for work performed, hours worked, and job locations.

Support operations with non-equipment-related tasks as needed.

Serve as backup for the Site Foreman when required.

Train new team members and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience operating heavy equipment in sitework operations.

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Flexibility to take on diverse tasks and adapt to project needs.

Ability to read site layouts and fill out job hazard analysis forms.
