This multidisciplinary rotational program is designed to accelerate your career through a wide range of experiences across our US locations.This program is tailored to your career path and provides the opportunity to gain a wide perspective and worthwhile experience to drive for career success at Chemours. Assignments span across a vast array of locations and roles in such areas as Manufacturing Technology, Process Engineering, Research and Development, Operations, and more.The typical employee completes three assignments lasting approximately 1 to 1.5 years each. At the completion of rotational assignments, the program is designed to facilitate employees' career transfer into Chemours positions aligned with their career direction.The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

Provide technical oversight for day-to-day operations, including process monitoring, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis

Perform tests on the process to improve the safety, quality, environment, and/or cost of the production unit

Review, revise, and create procedures and other technical documentation

Assist capital project front-end loading to ensure equipment specified meets process requirements at the highest uptime and lowest life cycle cost

Work on continuous improvement activities to improve area performance

The following is required for this role:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or related fields

At least six months’ internship or co-op experience in a manufacturing role

Geographic flexibility and willingness to relocate

Demonstrated ability to apply technical knowledge to diagnose, troubleshoot, and solve problems

Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple, complex, time-sensitive projects

Ability to work in a team environment with a high degree of initiative, self-motivation, and flexibility to monitor and move projects forward quickly and safely

The following is preferred for this role:

Proficient in the use of computers, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Working knowledge of data analytics and statistics using tools like 6-Sigma, python, Power BI, Alteryx, or process industry-specific time-series analysis tools

Working knowledge of citizen-coder tools such as the Microsoft Power Platform (i.e. Power Apps)
