Accounts Payable Clerk

Description We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in the non-profit industry, located in Fox Chapel, Pennsylvania. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be primarily responsible for handling the processing and coding of invoices, managing account reconciliation, and conducting check runs. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Efficiently process and code invoices for various cost centers. Conduct check runs on a regular basis. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable activities. Routinely monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions. Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner. Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for data entry and invoice processing.
