Analyzes and interprets complex data to support decision-making processes and inform strategic initiatives within the organization.
Performs advanced data analysis using statistical methods, data mining techniques, and predictive modeling to extract meaningful insights from large and complex datasets.
Identifies trends, patterns, and correlations to support decision-making processes.
Designs and develops reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders using tools such as business intelligence software or data visualization platforms to create compelling visual representations of data.
Ensures data integrity, quality, and consistency by implementing data management strategies and protocols.
Collaborates with stakeholders across departments, including clinicians, researchers, administrators, and executives, to understand their information needs and provide analytical support.
Participates in research projects and evaluation studies related to informatics initiatives in order to assist with industry studies and advances.
Contributes to the design, data collection, analysis, and reporting phases of research projects to generate evidence-based insights.
Contributes to the improvement of informatics processes, methodologies, process documentation and analytical techniques within the organization.
Required Qualifications
1-3 years Behavioral Health analytics related work experience
Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills
Working knowledge of SQL and R programming languages
Intermediate level Tableau development skillsets
EducationBachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $91,800.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.
