This role serves as a subject matter expert and is responsible for administrative planning and execution of complex and/or concurrent monitoring activities to evaluate compliance in multiple business areas. Additionally, this role provides day-to-day project management including results reporting and issue follow-up.Responsibilities/Estimated % of TimeCompliance Monitoring Plan Execution ( 80%)

Plan and execute walkthrough initiatives as well as compliance monitoring testing for assigned monitoring plan activities. This may include concurrent and/or complex business areas. Create clear and accurate documentation of business processes.

Review and be able to discuss, in depth, the business area policies process documentation, contractual obligations, and testing attributes documents prior to beginning testing.

Effectively perform and document monitoring plan activities, including testing (on-site at pharmacy locations and remote), in accordance with department or team’s established procedures.

Understand procedures, results, and business impacts; document and express such understanding in both written and verbal form.

Reporting/Communication ( 15%)

Draft reports for assigned, executed monitoring plan activities that effectively communicate the purpose and/or outcome in a manner appropriate for business partners and senior leadership.

Interact with various levels of Compliance department and business line management to communicate status, resolve issues in a timely manner, and maintain effective communications.

Escalate risks/issues timely to leadership and work towards meaningful solutions.

Collaborate with the Compliance Monitoring team and key stakeholders to develop and maintain key data to track and trend compliance performance for a wide range of CVS Health business units.

Compliance COE Team Support ( 5%)

Participates in and/or supports department initiatives, including identifying and exploring efficiencies in existing processes

Demonstrate a commitment to integrity and the company code of conduct, and a respect for diversity and inclusion

Contribute to Compliance COE team activities and initiatives to promote a positive environment

In order to be successful in this role you must exhibit the following:

Required Qualifications

5+ years experience in a relevant field such as compliance, quality assurance, audit, or government healthcare.

The ability to travel up to 50% by car and plane

Compounding/Pharmacy knowledge

Preferred- Other Certification(s):Professional designations such as CHC, CPA, CIA, CPhT, etc.Preferred- Other License(s): RPh, RN, etc.

EducationBachelor Degree required or equivalent years of related experience.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$54,300.00 - $132,600.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
