Senior Personal Injury Intake Specialist

About Nadrich Law Corporation: we are a California personal injury law firm that handles personal injury cases statewide, and handles mass torts nationally. We have 17 offices throughout the state, and are seeking to hire an in-house Sr. Intake Specialist for our Westwood Office in Los Angeles.

Nadrich Law Firm is seeking a Senior intake specialist with two years intake experience at another personal injury and/or mass torts law firm. This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday, from 9AM-530PM (w/ a 30-minute unpaid lunch.)

Ideal candidate must also have experience managing a small team (3-5.) Strong attention to detail and excellent call conversion/sign rate, and English/Spanish fluency are job requirements.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Maintain highest level of professionalism for co-workers, management and clients.

Quickly learn firm’s intake requirements/processes for accepted mass torts and personal injury case types.

Develop and learn specific sales skills and tactics utilized in our industry to close leads and sign clients.

Ability to understand, identify, and address prospect’s “pain points,” while effectively communicating with firm’s potential clients.

Maintain data accuracy by thoroughly documenting client information, queries, and requests within firm’s lead tracking platform.

Work with management team to suggest new intake processes and/or refine existing intake procedures to improve efficiency and conversion rates.

Ability to prioritize workload based on business objectives, established goals, and best practices.

Lead Specific Duties/Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls, perform outbound calls, screen prospective clients for qualification, and close on qualified claimants.

Perform outbound outreach for leads via all contact methods (phone, email, text) to vet cases and to obtain signed documents for client retention.

Ensure all leads are promptly followed up with by monitoring and updating firm’s lead management system.

Ensure that intake team promptly sends signed cases to co-counsel/referral partners.

Ensure all referred cases are accurately logged in Lead Docket.

Act as the main point of contact for and be the authority for intake criteria

Responsible for direct reports and intake team performance of duties and responsibilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years experience in personal injury and/or mass torts legal intake.

Excellent telephone communication skills, strong listening skills, and de-escalation skills for problem calls.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to close leads within a short timeframe.

Team-oriented with the ability to work well with others in a collaborative and professional work environment.

English & Spanish fluency

Associates Degree or higher
