MIG / TIG Aluminum Welder

We are looking for a welder that can weld aluminum using MIG and/ TIG.

You will be welding structural components on a Naval Patrol Boat, inside the engine room.

Minimum 2 years experience welding MIG. You must pass a welding test, Vertical, Horz, OVHD

Job location is along Pacific Highway in San Diego.

Job will be Mon-Thurs 10 hours a day. Fridays off.

Principle responsibilities

-Welding structural components on aluminum vessels.

-Grinding , cutting and fitting structural components.

-Self inspection of welds to meet military quality standards.

-Responsible for checking equipment before it is used for safety

-Responsible for following all OSHA safety regulations.

-Responsible to be on on time and have positive attitude.
