We have several exciting projects in 2025 and beyond and are looking for a driven professional to join our supportive team on a full time basis.Nestled in the heart of the Sydney CBD on Pyrmont Street, we are committed to fostering growth, driving innovation and prioritising your continuous professional development.Key Responsibilities include: Manage and maintain a portfolio of Oaks Hotels apartmentsManage incoming rental enquiries, always providing exceptional customer serviceConduct open, routine, entry and exit inspections as requiredCommunicate effectively with tenantsDraft and support in the administration of leasing and property handoversAddress maintenance issues and liaise with tradespeopleUtilise the console cloud program for effective property managementPreform additional tasks as instructed by the National Senior Property Manager.
