Tax Preparer (Full time or Part time)

We are a well established family owned tax firm in Oregon City and Gresham, OR of over 50 years. We have a very stable client base in a wide variety of industries. We are looking for an experienced licensed tax preparer to join our team during the upcoming tax season, with the opportunity for year round work.

Description:

- Conduct interviews with clients (in person, telephone, or virtual)

- Preparing complete and accurate tax returns

- Monitoring and supporting teammates and great communication skills and ability to work closely with clients

- Growth towards building client relationships and working on projects start to finish.

-Flexible hours outside of tax season, full time in tax season.

Qualifications:

Must be reliable, professional, enthusiastic, patient, honest, self-motivated, and able to be a team player

Strong multi-tasker

Licensed preparer or consultant in Oregon & valid PTIN

Experience with Drake and Quickbooks a plus but not required

Bilingual Spanish is a plus

Pay depends on experience. Average pay $25-$50 per hour.
