Responsibilities include consulting with clients to determine their needs, recommending consulting & training solutions, delivering single and multi-day work sessions, both in person and virtual, and participating with sales teams on business development efforts.Essential Job Functions

Delivery of FranklinCovey solutions in the areas of Leadership, Productivity & Trust.

Consult with client prior to the work session to determine client’s job to be done, participant profile and needs for implementation.

Customize learning content and implementation to meet client needs and the business objectives that are critical to their success.

Adapt to the organizations or learner’s unique needs to ensure a tailored experience for various audience levels from individual contributors to the C-suite.

Create a safe and inclusive learning environment in which participants are engaged and eager to contribute to solving their most critical business and leadership challenges.

Provide continual opportunity and direction for active reflection, processing, application, and practice.

Maintain excellent knowledge of FranklinCovey content, effective consulting and delivery skills, and the latest global industry knowledge for effective delivery of relevant and results driven work sessions that meet the needs of FranklinCovey’s clients.

Conduct sales calls with Client Partners and continuously participate in business development efforts.

Effective use of visuals and visual support media through various technology tools when delivering FranklinCovey Work Sessions.

Travel to clients' sites when in-person content delivery is requested.

Travel as needed but based in the Greater Minneapolis, MN area.

Basic Qualifications

10+ years of Director or above leadership or executive consulting experience.

Bachelor’s degree.

Preferred Skills & Experience

Master’s degree.

Ability to create and deliver compelling, polished presentations to both line leadership and C-suite within target companies.

High degree of business acumen with strong character.

Engaging and dynamic presentation skills.

A pattern of achievement, competitive skills, energy, motivation, enthusiasm, and integrity are critical for this role.

Ability to build strong partnerships with internal and external clients.
