Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning has an opening for a full time HVAC Sales Consultant / Comfort Advisor in the Clermont Area. The Sales Consultant / Comfort Advisor will meet with clients in their homes to discuss heating and cooling needs, and present solutions that will make their personal space more comfortable. Required Skills/Abilities:

At least 2 years of consultative sales experience

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record

The ability to pass both a background check and drug screening

The ability to work evenings and weekends

Must have solid sales pipeline management skills

Out-of-this-world interpersonal, communication, and computer skills

The ability to explain technical information in layman’s terms

Professional image

HVAC or industry-related experience is a plus
