We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to oversee the development and launch of new products and features for our legal practice management software. The ideal candidate will have experience in the legal industry and possess strong leadership, project management, and communication skills. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in related field.
Successfully worked remotely in a growing organization
Minimum of 5+ years of product management experience in or in support of a software development environment
Experience in the legal industry, working with legal professionals, and understanding of the legal business processes strongly preferred
Experience with working in a fully agile software development organization.
Experience in modern finance and accounting processes including general accounting standards, financial reporting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and treasury management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Experience working with Developers on upcoming enhancements enterprise enhancements and identify any risks or impacts
Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for growth
Provide input for the design and construction of test cases and scenarios and validate executed test result
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
Experience working with Jira, Microsoft Dev Ops, QAWolf or similar products strongly preferred.
Experience leading a team in an Agile principled environment and can motivate team members to achieve product goals
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment
Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to define components of the product vision and roadmap
Own the financial applications for the CARET Legal product
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and opportunities for growth in user adoption
Develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog, providing input on best use of resources
Define and communicate product requirements and stories to the development team
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of product releases
Conduct user testing and gather feedback to inform product decisions
Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to inform product improvements
Create and deliver product training and documentation to support sales and customer success teams

Pay range: $85,000 - $95,000. Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operations business needs.
