Snow Removal - Day Labors, Crew Chiefs & Truck Owners

Looking for able bodied adults (18+ y/o), who are reliable and physically fit to work in Winter conditions. Typical shifts will last 8 to 10 hours, but can be longer for deeper snow accumulations. Should have transportation to Middleton to begin shift, but will not be required to drive once you get to work. Applicants will work in 3-4 man teams and will be expected to handle single stage snow blowers and shovels to clear residential sidewalks and driveways. We are developing a pool of workers for the season. You need not work every shift. This is hard work, but the pay is good $15/hour for 1st shift. Bump to $20/hour for 2nd shift if asked back. With bonus potential for exemplary performance (up to $30 - $50 per shift which can equate to an hourly wage of $23-$28/hour). Bring a responsible, hard working friend and receive a $25 Buddy Bonus for each person you bring in.

IF YOU HAVE A DEPENDABLE PICK UP TRUCK AND A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE and INSURANCE, and have the capacity to lead a small crew, you may qualify for a Crew Chief position ($25/hour 1st shift, $30/hour 2nd shift).
