The boutique caters to an exclusive clientele seeking a personalized and exceptional shopping experience. As a Sales Associate, you will be an ambassador of the store/brand, ensuring every client receives exceptional service. You will drive sales, build long-term relationships with clients, and maintain the boutique's high standard of appearance and merchandising.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding, personalized customer service to every client.
Develop and maintain a loyal client base through effective follow-ups and clienteling.
Offer styling advice and product recommendations tailored to clients’ tastes and needs.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
Process transactions efficiently and accurately using the POS system.
Assist clients with special orders, pre-orders, and customizations as needed.
Stay updated on the latest fashion trends, designers, and collections.
Educate clients about product features, craftsmanship, and care.
Help to ensure the boutique is impeccably organized and visually appealing.
Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
Monitor and handle high-value merchandise with care and attention.
Foster a positive and professional work environment.
Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives.
Share feedback and insights on improving store operations and client experiences.
Qualifications
Proven experience in luxury retail or high-end fashion sales.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Passion for fashion, styling, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
Familiarity with clienteling practices and CRM systems is a plus.
