The restoration technicians are responsible for assisting the production department with the completion of water, mold, sewer and fire related projects in a professional and timely manner. Due to the nature of the work, often the job sites will be dirty, possibly cold or wet and sometimes unsanitary. All attempts will be made to accommodate requests of workers exposed to these conditions. The work can be very challenging, fun and rewarding. A good attitude, professional work practices and a desire to help people in need are requirements for the job.

Duties:

 Being available for routine on call emergency services and after-hours work.

 Follow written procedures for emergency services.

 Water extraction and removal of water damaged materials.

 Set up and monitor drying equipment.

 Keep the job sites clean and professional.

 Responsible for the finished product. Quality and efficiency.

 Take care to protect and not damage customer's contents.

 Keep the job site clean and professional. Leave the job site clean at the end of the day. Organize and remove all cleaning tools and supplies from the property.

 Follow written production procedures.

 Daily completion of tracking paperwork, timecards, checkout forms and other necessary paperwork.

 Facility janitorial work as requested.

 Keep warehouse clean and organized.

 Responsible for providing feedback as to how the company can improve.

 Report to Project Manager.
