Front Office Dental Assistant - $22/hour to $27/hour

Key Responsibilities:

Greet, check in, and check out patients

Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls as well as emails and/or texts

Manage appointments by scheduling, rescheduling, canceling, and confirming appointments

Maintain patient files and dental records

Process insurance claims and verify patient benefits

Prepare and send patient invoices and billing statements

Collect payments and manage financial transactions

Collect necessary paperwork and documents from patients

Provide clear information regarding treatment plans and costs

Give excellent customer service to patients

Qualifications:

1+ yr of experience as a Front Office Dental Assistant or similar field

Knowledgeable in dental terminology and insurance billing procedures

Proficient with dental office software and electronic health records

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Medical Billing Specialist - $22/hour to $26/hour

Key Responsibilities:

Submit medical claims to insurance companies

Communicate with patients in regards to outstanding balances

Communicate with insurance in regards to submitted claims

Review medical records and ensure the appropriate billing codes are used

Generate reports as needed

Qualifications:

2+ years prior billing experience in a medical office

Must know billing codes

Familiar with electronic health records and medical billing software

Excellent communication skills and attention to details

HR Administrative Assistant - $20/hour to $22/hour

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day to day HR activities including onboarding, regulatory training, timesheets, etc

Handle HR communications to all employees

Manage inventory of uniforms and accessories

Assist with processing timecards

Use Microsoft Words and Excel

Data Entry

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in HR role or providing training to others

Capable of multitasking and completing deadlines on time

Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with managers at all levels

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Strong email professionalism and organization skill

Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs

Accounts Payable Clerk - $22/hour to $26/hour

Key Responsibilities:

Management of accounts payable to ensure timely payment of invoices.

Data entry into billing system

Provide customer services

Answer phone calls

Review records for accuracy

Qualifications:

2 years+ of experience working in Accounts Payable

Attention to details and accuracy

10 key typing skills
