You can make a difference! Our Customer Service Representatives perform a variety of loan servicing functions in connection with consumer and personal loans. This includes but is not limited to processing the final closing and distribution of paid loans, preparation of payoff demand statements, ensuring customer care, tracking and review of all pending loan documents and exceptions.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Ability to handle high volume inbound calls, and place steady outbound calls
Process all paid loans and submit clear notations according to established procedures
Prepare payoff demand statements and other requests to provide payoff information to customers who call in
Review, manage and track all pending and outstanding loan documents and exceptions
Index and image loan documents
Adhere to state, federal and client regulatory guidelines
Required Skills/Abilities:
One year Call Center experience required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Proficient computer skills
